Jan at the Front Desk

Jan runs the front desk at a Toyota dealership. She's patient with customers who can't decide, polite to the ones who are a bit wacky, and she knows everything that's happening on the lot. After closing, she and her coworker Jim find out what the cars can really do. Bob Balaban directed.
